We are busy local pool guys but not too busy to answer the phone. When we ask people why they are switching pool companies the number one answer is “I can get ahold of my old pool cleaning company!” This is unacceptable. We try to answer each and every call that comes in but if you do get voicemail it simple means we are in the middle of a phone conversation with someone else or something very important has come up. Everyone has things come up in life so I’m not going to say you will never get voicemail but we do our best to answer every call. If you do leave a voicemail, you better believe someone is going to get back to you or someone in our office is going to be in hot water. Bottom line is we are easy to reach and we are prepared to service our customers in the best way possible. We want to be the best pool service out there, to be the best you hire the best people you can and go the extra mile and that’s what we strive to do.
